Travel Agent (Female)
A Dynamic and well known Oman based Travel Agency is seeking an experienced female ticketing and reservation agents (Travel Agent).
Job Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Data Entry Skills, Computer skills, General Math Skills and Teamwork skills
- At least one year experience with a travel agency or an airline, Freshers may apply
- Knowledge of basic "Reservation & Ticketing"
- Knowledge of various CRSs e.g. Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc
- People oriented, highly motivated with a positive and cooperative attitude
- Ability to learn and understand job related policies and procedures
- Ability handle high volume phone calls and willing to be pro-active and assist in various duties
