Computer and Network Systems Support Diploma
Program Overview
This program provides the student with the skills and the knowledge to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot, different operating systems’ in a network environments. The graduate will be able to participate in different onsite deployment of hardware, software, and networks solutions.
Program Details
This program consists of 6 terms; each lasts 10 weeks with one week off between terms. The whole program lasts for 16 months.

o Information Technology
* Term 2
o English for computing 2
o Internet Browsing And Architecture
o A+ Hardware
* Term 3
o Multimedia
o Network Essentials
o A+ Operating Systems
* Term 4
o Windows XP Desktop
o Network Protocols
o Technical workshop
* Term 5
o Windows XP Applications
o Server Operating Systems
o IT Project Planning
* Term 6
o MCDST Preparation
o Network Optimization
o System Security
Certification
After successful achievements of the program requirements, the candidate will become Computer and Network Systems Support Specialist, and will receive:
* Computer and Network Systems Support Diploma (CNSS) – from the Academy.
* Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) – from Microsoft corporation
* Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) – from Microsoft corporation
* A+ Certificate – from Comptia corporation (optional)
* Microsoft Certified Trainer (optional)
Career Opportunities
* Desktop technicians.
* Deployment technicians.
* IT support technicians.
* Hardware support specialists.
* Network operations technicians.
* Trainers in private computer training centers
