كذا حالة اديها تلات اربع كاربولات بنج ومفيش اى تاثير

بدى ساعات بالخبرة ، وبدى باللاند ماركس ومفيش اى تاثير

الحاجة المشتركة ف الحالات اللى عقدتنى دى انى بلاقى عظم الفك قريب قوى،، يعنى الابرة مش بتخش مسافة عشان تلامس العظم ..

زمش بيبقى عظم external oblique ridge لاا،، ده بيبقى عظم ال ramus نفسه

حد بتقابله المشكلة دى زيى،،،؟؟

u may not make the syringe parellel to occlusal plan

or u may not approch from the premolar area

u finger during taking landmark when fall in the coronoid notch when u rotate it ur finger tip will be on elvation called mylohyoid ridge in front of it by 5 ml and then from premolar area and inject u will find bone touch at 2/3 needle then inject if not remove the syringe and try again to avoid any complications any ms tearing

if u dont know how to inject it by direct inf alv nerve block tech try by indirct one or ant ramus tec(ART)
