First i must say that i take this from an arabic forum and many thanks for the man who do it
really i even take his words (copy and past)
هذا الموضوع هو في غاية الاهمية لمن يرغب بتنزيل الكتب الطبية كاملة من المواقع الطبية المعروفة.
طبعا بعد ان يكون لديك بيانات دخول لهذه المواقع تستطيع من خلالها تصفح هذه المواقع بكل حرية فهو شيء ممتاز, و لكن تحتاج في كثير من الاحيان ان يكون هذا الكتاب الطبي او ذلك موجود على القرص الصلب لحاسوبك الشخصي لكي تستطيع تصفح الكتاب حتى و لو لم تكن متصل بالنت.
و لنبدأ بالموقع الطبي العالمي Netlibrary ......
ولمن لايملك بيانات دخول للموقع نت لايبراري ..اليكم هذه البيانات الممتازة :

هذا الموقع فيه الالاف من الكتب الطبية بطبعتها الحديثة.. و لكن المشكلة تكمن في ان الموقع يسمح لك بالتصفح و بالكثير تنزيل الكتاب صفحة بصفحة و هذه العملية شاقة و صعبة كون معظم الكتب الطبية كبيرة في صفحاتها......
ولكون الحاجة ام الاختراع .... و بعد البحث المضني و الجهد الجهيد استطعت الحصول على هذه الطريقة لكي تستطيع تحميل الكتاب المطلوب كاملا من النت لايبراري..
ولم يرغب في تعلم هذه الطريقة.......:
1- Download Offline Explorer Enterprise (http://rapidshare.de/files/20745384/OEE3.9.rar.html) then install.
2- Run Offline Explorer Enterprise.
3- Use Internal Browser of Offline Explorer Enterprise to login into Netlibrary then open the book. View Econtent
Detail to determine the ProductID (BookID), for example: BookID=66715 (*.pdf format).
4- Select File\New\Project:
5- Name: type anything
6- Addresses: "type http://www.netlibrary.com/nlreader/nlReader.dll?BookID=66715&FileName=Page_{:1..200}. pdf"
*1-200 تعني ان الكتاب مكون من 200 صفحة
7- Click OK
8- Right click Project then select Download\Start
9- When download finish, select File\Export
10- Use Adobe Acrobat to combine pdf pages.
PS: if you login through proxy, you should change server as follows:
http://www.netlibrary.com.xxx.xxx.xxx/nlreader/nlReader.dll?BookID=66715&FileName=Page_{:1..200}. pdf (example: xxx.xxx.xxx = ezproxy.fau.edu).
For books with *.djvu format, change the extension pdf ---> djvu. For book with *.html format, you should set some delay or download only 10 pages per time.
If you appreciate this tut, I'll post some methods for ripping books from other online libraries (Ebrary, Safari, Knovel...).

or can anyone tell me how to download PDF files from a site
